This registration page is for the individual player that wishes to register through the Missouri Youth Soccer State Office as an "At Large" Player.  This means if you are not an individual you do not use this link to register.  The state office issues you your player card and effectively becomes your registrar.  You will need to go through the state office for any guest player, dual roster or travel permits. This registration is ONLY FOR THOSE PLAYERS STAYING INSIDE THE STATE OF MISSOURI TO PLAY SOCCER.  If you are wishing to go out of state and you are an individual you need to use the Out of State Permission link.

After you have completed the online registration procedure, you will need to take the following steps to receive your player card:

- Upload a copy of your birth certificate and notarized, MYSA medical release form to your player account.

- Email Kathy Arnold (Office Manger) at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Kathy will be able to verify that you have paid and are ready to have your card printed.

- She will be able to set it up so that you can either pick up your player card or have it mailed to you.
