It's that time of the year again to start thinking about the Annual General Meeting!  This year the NSCAA (National Soccer Coaches Assocation of America) is having their Annual Convention in St. Louis.  When it come to soccer events in the US, few can parallel the NSCAA convention which is why the Missouri Youth Soccer Assocation has decided to aline our AGM with their convention.

The NSCAA convention provides the basics of coaching goalkeepers to high level discussion of systems of play, and coaching instruction is just the beginning of the four day convention.  In addition to an astounding selection of classes, vendors, National level coaches, our own Directior of Coaching and Education, Denny Vaninger will be in attendance.

The Missouri Youth Socccer Annual General Meeting and Awards Ceremony will be held on Sunday, January 18th, 2009 at the Renaissance Hotel, adjacent to the America's Center.  The Annual Meeting will be held in the Landmark I & II rooms at 9:00am.  Registration will open at 8:00am until the meeting begins.  You will also have the opportunity to pre-register and pick up your information book on Saturday, January 17th from 2:30pm till 7:00 in Room CC260.

The District Meeting are presented in the table below from 5:30pm till 7:00pm on Saturday, January 17th. 

The USSF Referee Assignors Class will be held in Room CC267 from 8:00am till 3:30pm.

The USSF Referee Assignors Re-certification Class will be held in Room CC267 from 4:00pm till 5:30pm.

This year's elections will be held for the President, Secretary and Alternate District Commissioners.  We will also be having a special election for Vice President to finish out the term of the current Vice President.  If your Board of Directors and/or Delegates have changed since receiving your registration password at the beginning of the season, please fill out a new form and send it to the State Office.  These forms must be submitted prior to the Annual Meeting in order for your vote to be cast.  Click here for the AGM Agenda.
